Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu softwarových nástrojů firmy s podrobným posouzením stavu informačního systému pro správu projektů. Dále obsahuje návrh procesních změn a úprav stávajícího systému. Součástí práce je také kompletní realizace modulu pro výpočet nákladů softwarového projektu. Modul je založen na metodě Use Case Points.

The diploma thesis focuses on the selection and implementation of a new information system for the analyzed company RWS and its specific MTE team. After all the analyses of the company and its current state of information system have been done, all the requirements for the new information system will be tented, a rough and fine selection of potential systems will be made and the selection of one whose implementation will be worked out in detail. This diploma thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter of the thesis describes all the necessary theoretical background, the second chapter provides an analysis of the company under study and its information system, and the third chapter deals with the selection, implementation of the new information system, and the economic evaluation of the proposed solution, including all the benefits.
